😊: We liked the location - the apartment is located a very short walk from the beach, cafés and sand dunes. Obtaining the keys feels like you're taking part in a small James Bond mission. They're located several streets away with doors, boxes, key-safes and multiple codes. This process was fairly accurately described by the host. You have to reverse the sequence when returning the keys. The flat was clean.. 😢: Unfortunately, this place did not live up to expectations considering what we paid for one night, for a family of six. I very rarely provide feedback like this but unfortunately there were multiple faults with the property which meant it is rated 'Poor' overall. Firstly, the allocated parking space (in the underground carpark) was already occupied. Thankfully, there was one remaining on-street parking space fairly near to the building, so we used that instead. The street is busy, so we were lucky to find a space. Thankfully. I think it was free to park on-street but this was not confirmed or resolved by the host. Upon entry to the flat, the main problem was with the broken balcony door - which I now see has been reported as damaged/stuck/off the rails several times via previous feedback here - and still has not been fixed. This meant that we could not open or close the door to use the balcony, or get more ventilation in the flat (only one other window that opens in the bedroom). We also couldn't close the door at night - meaning street noise until late. The dishwasher was not working. The Wi-Fi password is handwritten on a label and I could not decipher it, despite multiple attempts. Others have reported the same things. In addition, the light fitting above the bunk has been pulled from the ceiling - leaving live wiring exposed and within reach of those on the top bunk. The remaining soap in the bathroom handwash had been watered down so that it felt just like water only. I reported most of this to the host via WhatsApp, receiving little in return..

😊: It has a parking.. 😢: We read the reviews about the curtain and key pickup. We were fine with that. We also rent out an appartement, so we know how critical reviews can be. But this appartement is a milking cow. If you only stay for 1 night, it's fine. Maybe it's late in the season, and some things are broken, but: Balcony door broken and open. Cannot use it or close it. Dishwasher broken. There's notes everywhere. In French of course so bring your phone. You can only enter after 5 but need to leave before 10, and you need help in the household with taking off the bedsheets and take out the trash. I'm sorry but for these rates and these time frames, you have plenty of time to do that. There is no dishwash soap or handsoap in the appartement. The sweeper is broken so only your kids can use it. All in all definitely bad balance between cost and value. Would not come again..
