Fantastic Apartment, terrible Comms<br>#128578; The apartment was itself superb. All mods cons, very clean and easy to find, local to the main train station. There was a coffee machine, kettle and washing machine if needed, with lots of closet space. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well and the shower was excellent. There is a bath tub also, but I never got an opportunity to use it. Unfortunately, I had to cut short my stay, due to a family bereavement. However, on arrival I was suitably impressed and looking forward to my stay ...<br>#128577; All communications were excessive. In a very short space of time I received no fewer than 9 emails and 6+ messages through my email and Booking.com App, most of which were duplicated or required actions to be done. This was aside from the Whatsapp messages received. Despite receiving a payment confirmation through Booking.com for the booking, some of the messages referred to taking the payment again, entering a pin, and Booking.com could provide no clarity on whether this was a double payment...
