Unpleasant, stressful experience
#128578; The location is good - walkable distance from the Versaille castle and train station.
#128577; We needed to pay 500 eur deposit outside booking in order to get instructions how to access the keys. It was impossible to reach host via phone - the number was all the time busy so we needed to call Booking for guidance about this deposit payment. When we arrived, the apartment was cold and only in the next morning we found the gas pot that regulates water and radiator - both items were turned off to a minimum. The whole experience with host was really unpleasant.
