😊: The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and clean; in a quiet part of town. Free public parking is just across the street.. 😢: The matrasses in both bedrooms are worn out, causing back pain to adults and even children..

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Nous avons passé un agréable petit séjour dans ce magnifique logement. Spacieux, bien agencé, décoré avec gout et très propre. Il est également très bien équipé avec de la vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, une TV, un lave vaisselle... L'emplacement est idéal, facile d'accès avec des places de parking à côté. Un atout non négligeable le logement est situé non loin d'un supermarché et d'une boulangerie.
Si vous cherchez à dormir...<br>#128578; Super séjour pour 2 adultes, 2 enfants (6 et 17 ans). Hôte très agréable et très disponible. Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Beaucoup de charme. Un petit cocon dans la ville de Cognac. Parking gratuit juste à côté. wifi gratuit. Je recommande les yeux fermés.<br>#128577; rien, tout était top!
😊: Very functional with 2 separate bedrooms, spacey walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Full kitchen with all the equipment. Clean and quiet with huge supermarket one block away. Washing machine and dishwasher very clean and new ones. Perfect for our stay.. 😢: No A/C, but this was not so bad as there are fully electronic ceiling windows, nice ventilation during night. Also just wondering, why there were no cognac glasses in Cognac ;).
