The lockbox containing the key would not open, and the access code we were given was incorrect. As a result, we could not retrieve the key or enter the apartment. To make matters worse, the downstairs neighbor became very angry and shouted at us. My children were frightened, so we felt we had no choice but to leave the building. At 10:00 p.m., we found ourselves stranded and had to look for alternative accommodation. We eventually found another place to stay, but unfortunately we were unable to recover the cost of our three-night reservation. The entrance to the building is in very poor condition, and the building itself is quite old. The apartment is located on the third floor and can only be reached via a very narrow staircase. 😊: Fantastic location, on the edge of the old town and all it offers in the way of sights, culture and eateries.. 😢: Parking was convenient but horribly expensive..

😊: It's very spacious. It's really modern and new good beds. Nice view on the church.. 😢: Three, 3, flights of stairs without elevator. Very run down staircase..

😊: The location was very good. Close to the city center and car parking. 😢: The dishware were not clean. It did not had face towels. It smelled and the shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain the water..
