Le Saint Vaast - Studio au centre d'Arras

😊: Ridiculous and completely avoidable check-in problems. I took the keys from the keybox but they wouldnt unlock the door. I knew i was in the right location because a) i had retrieved the keys b) the owner had sent me a picture of the door and c) the address, was on the door. My emails to the owner received generic and worthless replies about the check in date, keybox code etc. Finally, after i contacted booking. Com owner replied that... the unit's entry door was a different door! It was NOT the door with the address on it, the door he had sent me a picture of. So after 70 minutes in a very hot sunny alley i finally was in. I have no idea why the simple explanation about the door was not included in the initial email. I have no idea, why he, sent me a picture of the wrong door. The unit did not contain any soap or paper towels and only 1 cleaning pad for both the dishes and counter. I extended my stay in Arras... at a different rental. Location was excellent but nothing else was. 😢: Read above.
