Le Sarladais - Coeur de Sarlat

😊: The property itself was fantastic, very spacious and close to the town. The bathroom was surprisingly large.. 😢: We had a lot of problems getting into the property. The lockbox wasn't where you'd expect it to be and we had a lot of issues communicating with the property owner/booking.com. We couldn't get a response in English. If it hadn't been for a friendly English speaking neighbour we wouldn't have been able to get in - she found the lock-box on the other side of the building. We were starting to think we'd been scammed as the entrance to the property looked very dodgy and had nothing to indicate it was the apartment..

😊: Lovely appartment, central and clean with comfy bed and all facilities. Parking a short walk. 😢: Some difficulty finding as entrance is on a different street to listed address..

😊: Brilliant location close to old town and next to outstanding cheese Cafe and a wonderful bakery. Also very convenient for tour pick-up and drop off across the road at Place Pasteur. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, bright and modern..

😢: We loved the apartment. It had everything needed for a great stay. It was in a great location. The only issue we had was checking in. The pictures provided showed the incorrect door to enter. Check in pictures should only show glass door and then describe where to go once you enter building..

😊: Location of apartment is very good and easy access to the centre of Sarlat. Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.. 😢: Entrance is poor, though it’s a communal space. There are two sets of stairs to take luggage to apartment. Bed linen and towels need an upgrade. Use the coordinates to find car parking space, we did this and found it ok. If we hadn’t we would have struggled to find the space..
