Le Scarlett - Maison à 300m de la plage

😊: The apartment itself was great, very clean and well equipped, the location was good for the town and also straight onto the road to get up and down the coast and into Montpellier. 😢: The property is part of a residence, unfortunately the next door neighbour one way had a terrible cough and late phone calls and because the property is open throughout to the conservatory this was very loud, and the dog to the other side barked quite a lot, there was also a fair amount of dog mess opposite our gate, we have a dog and had ours with us, and there are lots of freely provided dog bags etc so this is poor on behalf of some of the permanent residents, however overall good value for what we paid.
