Le Séchoir

😊: We loved the peaceful rural setting and that it was also less than a 1.5 km walk into town which suited us as we could leave the car when exploring the attractive old town( there is free parking on outskirts of town also if required.) The accommodation was so comfortable, spacious and very well equipped including a washing machine. Wi fi was excellent and dishwasher also provided.We self cater so particularly appreciated the kitchen with oven in addition to new cooktop, microwave etc. We used Le Sechour as a base to explore the local region and enjoyed the town also as less touristy than many to the west of here. Emma and Richard gave us a very warm welcome and were willing to answer any of our questions. Would have loved staying longer and highly recommend this accommodation..

Voortreffelijk<br>#128578; Locatie! Aan de rand van het mooie Beaulieu, maar volledig in de rust van natuur. Wakker worden met de vogels in een groen dal in volledige rust en stilte....<br>#128577; Niets!

We thoroughly recommend a stay in Le Sechoir.<br>#128577; The accommodation was slightly further out of the town than we had anticipated and there was a steep climb to return if we walked, which we mostly did as parking could be a problem in Beaulieu sur Dordogne.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Nous avons apprécié le cadre, le calme et la simplicité de l'accueil d Emma et Richard. Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce, très confidentiel et cosy, le parc de la maison est vaste et verdoyant nous n'avons pas testé la belle piscine naturelle<br>#128577; Rien n'est à signaler à notre avis.

😊: Le Sechoir looks like a large shed, but inside it is modern, comfortable and has all you need for a self-catering break. Pleasant, helpful hosts were there on arrival to give us the keys and make us feel welcome. The accommodation was ideally located for the places we wanted to visit in this lovely region.. 😢: Attention has to be paid to the steps up to the property and those that lead to the little garden area if you are older like us (75+).

Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.<br>#128578; Ich vergebe nur sehr selten zehn Punkte. Aber bei dieser Unterkunft hat einfach alles gepasst: wunderschöne Lage, ein sehr hübsches Haus, top ausgestattet. Sehr sehr nette Besitzer mit zwei lieben Hunden.
