The house was perfect! Kids loved that “we lived in a castle” (of course it’s just the outside wall of the castle, but they were young enough to believe the house was a castle). It was very well equipped even for young kids: crib, plastic silverware, toys area! Even as adults we could appreciate the perfect condition of the house, very modern, well equipped and interior decoration was of great taste! There was no problem finding parking space nearby. And the historic center of Rodemack was very calm and nice to visit. Only drawback: when it was time to go home our 5 year old cried because he did not want to go back to “our home that is not a castle” :-)

Rodemack is very pretty and the accommodation mirrors the style of the village. Everything is as described and the host is great. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend. Five stars

What an unforgettable place, with the wall of a fortress as a wall of the apartment. The area is very authentic; feels as though you've stepped back in time. We loved the history and character in Rodemack and highly recommend! The only drawbacks are the pullout bed's mattress was thin and rather uncomfortable and the internet is slow, but those are minor complaints. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the espresso machine is fabulous. This is a one-of-a-kind stay! Impressive!
