😊: Lovely property - very comfortable beds. Parking. Great location for wandering around Evreux and for train to Paris. Leonard was a fantastic host!. 😢: It would have been better if the cleaning tools were hidden away in a cupboard somewhere..

😊: Very thoughtfully decorated, clean and central. Good parking.. 😢: We weren’t going to leave any review but we keep being asked for one so we are going to be honest. The hot water didn’t work! After half a days driving to get to Évreux this was frustrating. Then our host tried very hard to sort it out which was tricky being a bank holiday. . This meant cutting short sightseeing etc. Leonard was lovely but he realised we had been very inconvenienced and said he would organise some sort of reimbursement for all the hassle. We have had no such recompense. Don’t promise something that you don’t do..
