😢: The bed was broken and was only fixed during our stay after contacting Booking customer service. Additionally, the apartment was dirty, with old and obviously outdated facilities and sheets, indicating terrible maintenance by the host. The host said that they would “make a gesture” as an excuse for the bed and dirtiness, but not only was no gesture or refund made for 3 nights with broken bed, but after we left, the host actually tried to charge us for damage (scammers alert), claiming that we left stains, although they were already there before we arrived. We didn't even use the sofa and its pillows to sit or even touch because they were smelly and dusty, so we physically couldn’t leave stains there. Overall, it was the worst experience ever.
