😊: Good location if you want to visit Roanne! I'm from the area so we just needed a last minute place to stay so our daughter could have her New year's eve party without the parents around. Communication was good and efficient, check in without any issue. Parking space good for the centre of Roanne. It was a really really cold night but warm in the apartment though the floor a little cold on the feet. Good bathroom, plenty of hot water and good pressure for the shower. Comfy bed and fairy well equipped but small kitchen. Good fast WiFi and a smart tv. No noise from the neighbours or the street. Finally, it was exceptionally clean. Nicely decorated place and in a nice building. I guess I'd book again if I needed somewhere to stay in Roanne. Overall, if you want a clean, good value and central place to stay in Roanne for a couple of nights, and you're prepared for the mezzanine, then this would be a great place to stay.. 😢: Getting up to the mezzanine for sleeping wouldn't be too easy for people with reduced mobility or on the larger/less mobile side. The €300 caution seems a little over the top and took a while to be released back, but I did get it all back so I can't complain really. A sofa would be nice, instead of the 2 not particularly comfy chairs that are there. It could be quite hot up on the mezzanine in summer, as the apartment is at the top of the building..

😊: Very clean and extremely organized, kitchen cupboards and drawers even have helpful pictures. Bathroom includes washing machine. Location is very good, walking distance to the station and town centre. Free parking in the lot behind the apartment building. The host was accommodating.. 😢: The 'bedroom' is connected to the rest of the apartment by a set of steep, ladder-like stairs. Stairs leading to the apartment also require some care..
