😊: Nicely organised apartment Everything was working well Good location Good communication - fast responding. 😢: Entrance to the house - unpleasant smell Many spider-webs Self-service requirements (removing linens, taking out trash, cleaning dishes). The staff doesn’t seem to check these - some dishes were not properly cleaned..

😊: Very polite drug addicts in the hall way doing their business. They let us pass without hesitation. No direct sunlight in the apartment - excellent when you have a "vampire day" or you are a gargoyle by nature.. 😢: My 400€ deposit has not been returned after 16 days. The transaction is still pending on my credit card. The floor is pretty cold, there is some mold on the wall in the toilet that should be fixed, but I guess its quite new, so Im sure they will take care of it..

😊: Great sauna, lovely bed, wonderful kitchen. Easy to find. Good wifi and fine TV. Felt secure and its located on a busy street with lots of shops and restuarants/cafes. 😢: The floor was filthy in the bedroom area. The guttering dripped (it had been raining) straight onto the airconditioning condenser positioned outside the window. This was very noisey...like water torture. In the end I folded up the bath mat and put it on top of the unit. This stopped the noise. Pacrking was difficult but mainly because of the time of day we arrvied (5pm) There is a square at the end of the road with lots of spaces (all full when we arrived) and a police station, so it is safe. I guess we waited 20 minutes for a spot. The bonus is, its only 2 Euros for 16 hours and right around the corner from the accomodation..
