😊: The studio was nicely furnished, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient.. 😢: Difficult to find & to access: The entrance to the property needs to be better highlighted to guests, as does the security box for the keys. The door is inside of a converted garage / private foyer, and is perpendicular to another entrance of for a residence in the same building. Therefore, it seems that the door number given could apply to either of these doors, and it feels intrusive to go inside of the private garage in order to investigate which one it is. Also, the key box is in a discreet location inside this garage area, and as a result I could not find it for some time. I was unable to reach the host for assistance on the number provided; Booking.com also had no available agents to assist me on their line. The directions for both the door and the key box should have been sent to me with my booking confirmation as it was very stressful to be unable to access the property on arrival. Odor: There is also a smell of drains inside the property, which was very uncomfortable. If this is simply a local issue, then an air freshener / diffuser should be provided inside the studio. Etiquette: Lastly, I was sent a message on the morning of my departure, requesting that I vacuum and mop the property before leaving. I believe tidying is a given, but the vacuuming and mopping is above what should be expected of a guest - particularly when it’s not been mentioned beforehand. I obliged, but would have been unable to do so if I had an early flight to catch, for example, and may have been unfairly charged for that when I was not at fault..
