Le studio - Hyper centre de Fontainebleau - proche INSEAD

😊: Good location, my room was quiet. 😢: The shower was mouldy the seal peeling off and smelly.

😊: It's a really cute studio, in the heart on Fontaineble and you could.

😊: Location very central, just above bar street. It's facing the inner courtyard rather than the bar street so not too noisy.. 😢: The owner is really too cheap and doesn't bother to maintain the place. The table has a broken leg. Dustbin lid keeps falling off. Showerhead holder broke. And it was 38 degrees outside and owner doesn't bother to give a thinner blanket. No AC.

😊: location, if you want to be near the center but in return you have to deal with a lot of noise from the outside untill morning.. 😢: The apartment is smalll, really small. The bed is small too, definetly not for two people, the matras was uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathroom and the sewage system doesn't work well. This concept is obvious, trying to get the possible most amount of money for the possible least amount of work..

😢: Many things-the electric kettle was so old that paint used to come off. We bought a new kettle and left it there. The flush worked only after a gap of 3-4 hours. Told the owner but he said that nothing could be done.
