Keys in location at the back of building not explained in a simple manner. Bedding wasn't fresh just steamed I had no control of the thermostat which was inaccessible outside the flat. This switched the heating off at 10pm until 8:30am during winter at minus temperatures this is unacceptable and could be dangerous to an older person one night it was minus 2 inside I slept in my coat and hat. ...

grande déception<br>#128578; bien situé<br>#128577; en plein hiver, glacial... pas de double vitrage... un air g;acial qui passe par les interstices des immenses fenetres... pas de table pour s;asseoir confortablement sinon une espèce de table haute dans la cuisine sombre... triste réveillon, mal assis dans le petit canapé du salon...
