😊: easy to locate, host provided good direction on welcome message. 😢: internet was not regular, occasional drop out but returns, also will be good if internet password is included in welcome message, I was lucky to meet some young girls who lives in the building and directed me to the inhouse building manager who helped me to locate the password as the owner did not respond to my messages about the password. Also there is heavy construction going on in the building so very noisy from 7 am to 7pm. The place should not be rented whilst this is going on honestly. Otherwise location is superb, and I believe it would have been a lot nicer without the construction, is a mess, really big mess..
