LE SUNNY, Mulhouse centre

😊: The location was not so perfect as we expected but still very good. Only a short walking distance from downtown area but going through a not very nice area. Welcome and good-bye instructions were detailed and timely. The place was very comfortable, spacios and clean. The kitchen was excellent and well supplied. There was even a study room. The hair dryer and the washing machine were a very good addition.. 😢: There was no internet although there was a password etc. But in reality the internet was not working. Also, I think that the location of the apartment on the roof (5th floor) with no elevator should be somehow indicated in advance. We had a kid and lots of of luggage. It's not such a big deal but honesty comes first. I understand well why this is not done since it may lower the attractiveness and the price of the place but I would chose it despite that - again, honesty is important. Finally, I did not like these messages upon departure to urge me what evaluaiton or mark to provide. No need for that..

😢: No WiFi connection for the two days of stay.
