😊: Central location. 😢: The toilet was blocked, so we reported it immediately to the owner, but nothing was done. We eventually had to clear the blockage ourselves.

L’appartement est super<br>#128578; L’appartement est très confortable , surtout le lit et les coussins sont incroyables si vous êtes sensibles à ce genre de choses. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour agréable, le café fourni est aussi très délicieux, très gentil de la part de François et Marine 🥰 Les hôtes sont très chaleureux et accessibles facilement pour tous vos messages d’urgence.<br>#128577; -

😊: The decoration, the small kitchen, the wifi connection (perfect to work from home), the comfortable bed, the shower. All you need for a nice stay in La Rochelle. The location is so great : many restaurants around.. 😢: The light didn't work well in the bathroom, and there is not enough light in the living room. The entrance of the building is not welcoming at all, very old and damaged indeed. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to get there..

Wonderful little nook apt in a beautiful backdrop of old LaRochelle. I would rebook but the steamy hot weather could use a ceiling fan or some way to stay cool at night. This is a 3 floor walk up and the heat rises! Can definitely hear the noise of the clubs all congregating and if you are older and looking for peace and quiet - this specific location is not for everyone.. but I loved it.

Appartement petit mais très bien agencé et décoré, très agréable à vivre (attention pour les longs séjours : pas de machine à laver). Il est petit mais pas étouffant, assez bien éclairé et situé plein hyper centre, à deux pas du vieux port. Beaucoup de charme. Attention, le coin est bruyant : en été, dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes est impossible. Escalier un peu rude mais c'est le prix à payer pour l'absence de voisins du dessus (l'appartement est au troisième et dernier étage). Le propriétaire (contacté exclusivement via le site) est très aimable et répond très vite aux questions.

This is a lovely little studio apartment, well appointed and well located in the seaside town of La Rochelle. It had everything I needed, included a generous amount of coffee, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash to get you started. I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling alone or a couple.
