Le théâtre, cœur de ville

😊: Location. 😢: The whole experience on arrival was unpleasant - the property in a bad state - see photos - we left within 15 minutes and did not return.

😊: With some changes this apt could be OK, but there were too many serious issues during my visit. The location is very good though.. 😢: 1. The heating was turned off entirely -- summer setting -- but the outside hi temp was 10C; the apt rules said not to touch the heating system settings and it was dark in the room where the system is. 2. The bed was far too soft. 3. The bldg entry did not have a coded entry and it was completely unlocked anyway. 4. The unit door lock has been damaged and it is tricky to figure out how to lock it. 5. The toilet seat is uncomfortably loose. Obviously, the management agency does a very poor job..
