😊: It was a great place in terms of convenience and expense..

😊: The property is exactly as the pictures. The facilities and the amenities are very complete and the apartment is very confortable. The location is good and if you are with kids the parking lot is 20mtrs from the entrance so very convenient. We were surprised about the easy and quick access the the apartment has to get the city center..

😊: The price is super affordable, beautiful apartment, cozy couch and a nice clean building. 😢: Wifi wasn’t working, it was cold when we came, towels were smelling damp (even when we washed them in the washing machine), the floors were not very clean (and floor cleaning cloth was not clean either).

😊: Self catering. Location was good for the metro into Toulouse and the apartment was clean and tidy. Everyone seemed friendly enough. Clean swimming pool but no chairs or loungers. 😢: Could not find which block so had to phone as no answer on SMS. Apartment was small but clean needed a clothes dryer. Although two fans are supplied unbearably hot even with these. A possible change to the ceiling lighting combined with a ceiling fan would help. No view at all from the balcony!. No signage for our dedicated parking slot so anyone could park there which they did for three days. Advised Vanessa on this but no answer on SMS to ask where we can park!. I did send also some SMS messages but again no answer and we had to leave early!. Our concerns were what if we needed to contact her in an emergency without calling her?.
