😊: The size and amenities are good, the furniture is very bad quality, I was scared to put any weight on coffee table, it was so feagile and cheap wood, the walls are full of scuff marks and the wall behind toilets is stained. 😢: The outside pictures are very misleading(I can happilly send you pictures. Val des Fees is social housing. It makes the impression of a run-down banlieu, housing project. The people around are all very friendly but it is way too expensive for the area and taxi drivers all know the estate -it used to have a very bad reputation.
