DO NOT GO THERE IF...
#128578; The key was at a neighbor house although it indicated initially that there was an access code. This was confusing since no access code facility. I had to video me putting the key into the neighbors mail box… very misleading and confusing
#128577; The location was great to what I went to Tours for. However, the wifi did not work, dust everywhere. No assistance provided when I rang to inform them them the wifi wasn’t available. The excuse to that was it should work with your network provider. Why advertise as an appartement with Wifi if they were aware it wasn’t, especially since they knew in advance we were coming from Uk. Still no response to all my emails until this day.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY

Disappointing
#128578; The apartment was nice and clean.
#128577; There was no clear instruction about where to find the key. The things listed in the description were not there or not available (e.g. luggage storage, games, hair dryer). It's a bit outside city center so it's around 15-20 min walk to the center.

Exceptional
#128578; Amazing view, close to the city center, Loire river and the bus station. Clean and nice hosts.
