😊: Great location and parking nearby. Interesting decor in the apartment and hallway leading to it. Good selection of bars and restaurants around.. 😢: There was a problem for us checking into the property as we didn't get any information sent and it was guesswork. It seemed we had to ring a doorbell but we didn't even know the owners lived in the building. However we saw the keys in the door of a flat at that address and it matched the photos on Booking com. Turned out we were supposed to ring a door bell before entering but not sure how we were supposed to know that and the door was open. We were paid up customers! This soured the experience and obviously didn't go down well with the owners (who we never met) it seems. The language barrier didn't help. Needs to be clearer instructions re arriving at the property on the Booking.com app and need responses on the Message the Owner section. Apart from that it was great. 😁.

😊: The location was unbelievable (and particularly for a 76 year old,) there was just one flight of stairs. The apartment was extremely well equipped, bedroom lighting was perfect (this can often be awful even in fine hotels) and the view from the little veranda of the harbour was, in one word, superbe! There are great restaurants all along the waterfront, with a beach at each end, supermarkets, shops and twice weekly a fresh market all very close by. You couldn’t ask for more, especially without a car. Merci mille fois!. 😢: Nothing.
