😊: I loved the location, next to a beautiful park with a Jaoanese garden. It was also very close to the metro/subway and bus stops. There were plenty of amenities within a short walk. It was a great starting point to explore Toulouse.. 😢: Once again, this was a self-service apartment and getting in was a little complicated, and when I tried to leave the first time, I ended up asking a neighbour to help me because there were no clear instructions as to how to exit the building..

😊: - Wifi was OK, its also really close to city centre. Good if you don't travel in summer, don't want to see any staff, don't travel in business and plan to spend most of the time outside the apartment. 😢: - Lack of any staff - its just one room with nobody to talk to in case of any problems, fully self-service. For some it might be an advantage, for me its a serious flaw. - Weird and unnecessarily complex procedure for getting keys to the apartment and checkout, including necessary access to external site and code sent last minute (internet required). - Forced deposit (1000 euro) by giving access to your card through external service - which is absurd given in how poor condition the apartment actually is - and in contradiction to typical booking.com practices (the room was already paid through booking particularly so that I wouldn't need to give my card information to anyone). If you don't want to use your credit card, you won't enter the apartment. - Very poor condition: broken door handle, cigarette butts on a windowsill, broken glass on a poster on a wall, rust on shutters and pipes in the bathroom. Low standard in general - Lack of air conditioning which for south of France is a significant drawback - Lack of wardrobe and any clothes hangers - I had to hang my shirts off all the chairs.
