Catherine and André’s petite maison atelier was such a perfect and charming place to stay for a couple weeks. It is very spacious and cozy and has great amenities such as a full kitchen and washing machine if needed. Catherine and André were also very accommodating and helpful, with a ride to and from the train station with heavy bags and great recommendations of unique things to do outside of Paris. Their house is a great place to relax, write, and enjoy the greenery of a garden in contrast to the city of Paris. Paris is also just a quick train ride away, with a ten minute walk to the station. But Le Vésinet has all of the great restaurants and boulangeries you could need on a trip to France! Don’t miss the Saturday morning market!

We loved our stay at Catherine and Andre's studio! We can't say enough about the hospitality of Catherine and Andre. They are so gracious and welcoming. We received wonderful suggestions of things to do in the area, places to eat, where to shop, etc. The studio itself had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A bonus was having Catherine's beautiful artwork adorn the walls! The studio is set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Though we had a car, their proximity to the center of town and the train system made it quite easy to get around without one. We found the studio was so nice to come back to after our busy days of exploring! Indeed an oasis!

If you love the idea of being close to Paris, but want the experience of "small-town" France, Le Vesinet is the place to be. This charming artist's studio is a short Metro ride into the spectacular City of Lights, but also provides a quiet garden retreat at the end of a busy day. My teenage daughter and I spent an absolutely lovely week nestled in this cozy house, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing way to spend time in Paris. The studio's walls are filled with vibrant, original paintings done by hosts Cathy and Andre -- who are incredibly gracious and accommodating. They both speak English very well, so communication is easy! Small, welcoming touches like fresh flowers are throughout. The space is very clean and thoughtfully organized; and although we did not use the kitchen, many basic items were provided. We loved being so conveniently situated -- within walking distance to a beautiful park, as well as to a Metro line going straight into Paris. Le Vesinet is a friendly, picturesque town, filled with typical French shops and a historical church square. We walked to and from the metro so much that we quickly became "regulars" at several shops. To the point that by the end of our week, my daughter had endeared herself to one of the bread shop owners who would set aside a freshly made macaroon cookie for her every evening! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone wanting to have a French travel experience that feels like you are "at home" in the community. We can't wait to go back!

A quelques minutes de Paris, un séjour très agréable dans la verdure et les parcs du Vésinet. Tous conforts dans un espace sur deux niveaux, optimisé par un couchage amovible grande largeur : avec mes problèmes de dos j'appréhendais un peu cette formule, mais dès la première nuit mes craintes se sont avérées sans fondement. Je recommande et si possible j'y retourne.

Un matériel de grande qualité dans un environnement préservé, l'atelier d'artiste nous a beaucoup plu, par son originalité, sa propreté et son organisation. Les propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques nous ont donné l'occasion de cette rencontre étonnante.

J'ai passé environ 2 semaines dans l'atelier d'artiste et j'en garde un très bon souvenir. André et Catherine m'ont chaleureusement accueillie et j'ai vraiment apprécié le calme et la luminosité de ce studio. La location était propre et il ne manquait rien. Le studio est dans le centre du Vésinet, ce qui est très pratique pour aller au marché, faire ses courses ou aller dîner. Le RER est aussi très proche ce qui permet de se rendre facilement à Paris.

Nous avons séjourné à l'atelier pendant deux semaines, et nous avons adoré cette petite maison, au décor si soigné. Nous avons trouvé sur place tout ce que nous pouvions imaginer désirer. André et Catherine sont extrêmement serviables et accueillants. Nous nous sommes sentis choyés pendant tout le temps de notre présence. Le RER est à moins de 5 minutes à pied, et Paris n'est qu'à 20 min environ, sans changement. Mais tout à côté se trouvent des commerces très variés, de bons restaurants... A essayer pour une escapade parisienne, et se ressourcer au calme et dans la verdure le soir venu...

Nous avons passé quatre mois dans le très bel atelier de Catherine et André. Le lieu est parfaitement tenu et équipé et déborde de charme, tant grâce au jardin, empli de fleurs et arbustes merveilleusement odorants, que grâce aux multiples peintures des propriétaires qui garnissent les murs de l'atelier. André et Catherine sont des propriétaires charmants, discrets et cultivés, qui sauront vous conseiller pour un ballade, un restaurant ou pour tout autre question. A recommander, particulièrement aux amateurs d'art!
