😊: Great location, very spacious and light-filled apartment. Comfortable beds, great showers. Had everything we needed, and plenty of shops, places to eat, etc nearby. Very good communication from the host. Thank you, we had a fantastic time in Grenoble, what a great place.. 😢: All good but a couple of small things - the corkscrew was broken so I couldn't open my bottle of wine! The handle came off one of the bedroom doors - just needs a screw to fix it. No hook for a hand towel at the small sink outside the toilet... All just very minor things which we got round!.

😢: We were in an expo event in Grenoble, so we needed to swap the room with other colleagues. So we booked a cleaning service 3 days in advance, but unluckily the host refused to do it. We also offered an extra-payment, but nothing to do. So, we slept in dirty rooms and we had no towels for the shower..
