Apt itself was a spacious , bright, remains of some old baptistery apt, that has been updated with modern amenities.The hosts were helpful and had good recommendations.<br>#128577; I suggest installing a shower curtain in the master bath and having 1-2 fans in the apt especially master bedroom that doesn’t have an air conditioner.

😊: The building is a style old building. The best and nicest in Avignon. The apartment was huge and comfortable for six of us.. 😢: No elevator, but the staircase is comfortable. The air condition wasn't too good it was noisy and not enough and one of the windows not operated because the air condition machine equipment was in front of there. Thi s was a cheap thing. The others is a ok..

😊: The location of the apartment is super convenient right in the heart of the town and near to many supermarkets and bakeries. We liked the size of the apartment and functionality of the space.. 😢: Only 1 dishwasher pod and laundry pod was provided during our 2 night stay there. When requested for more, we were told to buy our own pods. Please provide more especially if you want your dishes cleaned after we leave!! It also was a tad noisy downstairs due to the pub along that street on the first floor. Installing air conditioning in the bedroom closest to the street would have been more effective so guests can close the windows to block out the noise! Note that there are also no lifts and floors are rather high so it’s a consideration if you have ma y suitcases!.

Palatial! Felt like royalty for...<br>#128578; This place is not just spacious, with its 5m ceilings and 36sqm bedroom, it’s palatial. It’s also hard to imagine a better location, very central but far enough away from the brouhaha. The only disappointment was that we had intended to stay 6 nights which was cut short to 3 as I had issues with my credit card. Florent was a great help trying to relocate us but honestly, La Vieux Sextier is a very hard act to follow.<br>#128577; Furnishings don’t go much beyond the essentials but that’s nit-picking. Nothing
