Le Vintage, Mulhouse ville

😊: Dear, We had planned a holiday in France, close to the Swiss border, and decided to book this house/apartment for a few days. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet our expectations at all. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the property looked nothing like the pictures. The furniture was different, the sofa was stained, and there were no blankets available. The towels provided were wet, and there was no shampoo. The bathroom sink was not properly plumbed, so the water stayed in it for almost two hours until we managed to fix it ourselves. The shower cabin was off its rails and could not close properly. Hygiene was also a serious issue: at night we even saw rats in the kitchen. The neighborhood did not feel safe either, as there were many homeless people around. We were very disappointed with our stay and spent as much time as possible outside of the accommodation. This place is not worth the money, and I strongly advise against booking it..

😊: On the positive side, although it was not easy, we managed to find free parking nearby. There are plenty of shops in the area, including ones open on weekends. The apartment has internet and a TV with Netflix, which was a nice touch. Hot water was available with good pressure. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked fully equipped. The apartment also has electric radiators with adjustable temperature settings. Communication with the host was friendly and responsive.. 😢: The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an old building. The entrance and staircase had an unpleasant smell, but fortunately, there was no odor inside the apartment itself. The bed linen and towels were clean, but the floor was quite dirty. We found some belongings left behind by previous guests. The shower cabin had broken doors, some power outlets were loose, and the sofa in the living room was very dirty. The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe and noisy at times..

😊: Literally nothing.. 😢: - The beds were not clean. There were lots of hair on the bed. - The beds and sofa are completely different from the pictures they shared. - The sofa in the living room was too dirty. There were lots of stains on it. - There was no linen one of the beds. - I found a pair of socks and empty teeth brush package in one of the drawer. - Also very poorly maintained house, there is a creaking sound when walking in the house. - the pillows seemed hollow. They couldn’t be called as pillow. - The house is close to city center but neighbourhood is not good..
