😊: Location. 😢: Narrow winding wooden staircase over 3 levels; No air conditioning and a broken fan unworkable; Very low ceiling causing many head bangings; Electric wires and cords are sub standard; and premises are a major safety concern in the event of a fire amounting to an Unacceptable risk for occupants.

😊: Excellent location, very central. Beautiful views of the Cathedral. Very comfortable bed! I was impressed! Basically, everything you would need for your stay. I loved the quirky touches too, and was very appreciative of the fan during the heatwave - being a loft flat in an old house, it did get toasty. Brilliant bathroom and shower. All very clean. There is parking on the street outside, but it is pay parking during the day, and only for a couple of hours. I ended up leaving my car in the underground parking at Palais de Justice, which was one street over and completely fine, and EUR13 per day. The car park was clearly designed for smaller cars 50 years ago, so now everyone parks their car over two spaces - the guy at the tourist office confirmed that was ok - in case that is helpful to anyone else to know.. 😢: Very steep stairs to get to the flat. As other reviewers mentioned, the common areas do let it down a bit. It was also quite noisy out on the street until very late, which was a pity. No coffee pods provided :-(.

😊: I loved the vibe of the place. It is very well equiped and close to shops and restaurants. Very comfy bed, and sofa.. 😢: All was good..
