😊: In a small town with limited accommodation, this is a good option. It is a self-contained unit on the edge of the town centre, on a quiet street but with plenty of eating and drinking possibilities nearby. It is well-equipped and the friendly owner is nearby to arrange check-in; kindly, she was able to do so for us earlier than normal. Immaculately clean, it was a comfortable place for a couple of nights.. 😢: Nobody's fault (except mine) but it was easy to misunderstand the address and go initially to a different place on the same street. Fortunately nobody seemed to be at home to be disturbed when I rang the bell a couple of times! The design is a little odd with the sink and shower in the bedroom but the toilet opening onto the kitchen. It wasn't a big deal, though..

😊: We had no problem locating the accommodation and were lucky enough to find a vacant parking space across the street from the flat. Our hostess was expecting us and warmly welcomed us and showed us around. When we had a minor problem later on, she responded to our phone call in minutes and fixed the problem. The flat is a good size, with separate bedroom with en-suite shower and sink. The sitting/dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, with toilet off it. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided, which we appreciated as the next day was Armistice Day, when cafes and shops are usually closed. The location of this flat is good with shops, bars, restaurants and recycling areas within walking distance..
