😊: Location was ideal and neighborhood super. Plenty of restaurants, shops and modes of transportation.. 😢: The safety hazards, which were mentioned to the representative, caused my partner a fall and consequent travel curtailments as well as a visit to the doctor. I have pictures to document the gravity of these issues, Incidentally, the property address is not correct!.
