😊: 1. The large garden was very nice for the dogs. 2. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with items, although only a combi cooker and hob. 3. View of the river. Enthusiasts of medium sized container vessels will love it.. 😢: 1. The late check time, past the described entry time. 2. You don't often get a welcome pack, and certainly not with a single toilet roll in it. That's a first. 3. Not much to do or see in the immediate area. 4. Chairs way below standard for any self catering property, no where to sit inside, which in winter is a must. 5. Patronising communication with host, the 'let them eat cake' response was underwhelming, they think comfort is a luxury item, as is toilet roll apparently..

😊: Great view! A lot of privacy and calmness surrounding the location. Dishwasher and washing machine available was a blessing too. 😢: Small 2-person bed and uncomfortable couches for taller people.
