😊: Clean and reasonable amount of space. Good layout. 😢: Very close to the main square.

😊: A nightmare to find the place! Instructions said.....someone would meet us there! Where?? We weren't sure that we'd got the right place....tried to ring but went to answerphone, so sent a message, Host eventually rang to say he'd sent some instructions. These were TINY pictures with instructions in French! The instructions to the apartment didn't give the number?? we had to search for a door with a lock box. When I eventually expanded the pictures it said the apartment with a red mat!! why not give the number? We then had to try & find the parking......again....TINY pictures with everything in French. After driving round for about 30mins.....on Friday night at 5pm, we found it. Some clearer directions would have been better. Good that it was free. The apartment was in an excellent location....minutes walk from the main square, which is fab. Good WIFI. 😢: The toilet was situated in a cupboard behind the front door!! No washbasin or toilet roll holder. Very small kitchen area, with no kettle. We had to boil water on the hob.....which had no instructions on how to work! Very small shower area. No hand towels and the bath towels were stiff & scratchy with a funny smell. The plug in the wash basin didn't work....couldn't push it down. The balcony was an added attraction, but it was quite dirty out there..

😊: Excellent location for Arras. Has microwave,washing machine, cooker? Pan heaters? Heating. Car parking.. 😢: Needed some maintenance but this was being addressed after our stay. Others may not have stayed. Needs some instructions for the lift and for electrical items. Only used the kettle.

😊: The apartment was very nice -- compact but comfortable, and in a fantastic location to visit Arras. Having a kitchen and laundry machine was very nice. Once you figure out how to use the parking, it's really useful as well if you are coming by car. Overall very good stay!. 😢: My only minor suggestion is to make the key and parking instructions in English (it was only in French) and to send it as a message, not as a photo. I rec'd a blurry low-res photo with photos in French describing how to get the key, how to find parking, etc, and it was unreadable. Thus there was some confusion but I figured it out myself..
