😊: Check-in was straight forward, the property was easy to find and access, parking availble on site, quick response from host when needed , location very nice. 😢: The towels, bedding and blankets had a bad smell and the spare pillow and duvet were stained, clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and a used coffee pod was left in the machine from a previous guest. The listing advertises a sofa bed, but unfolded, it's actually a thin mattress on the floor and really uncomfortable used as a bed. Overall the hygene standards were well below what we'd expect and the sleeping arrangement would only suit 2 adults, leaving the 'sofa' to be used as a sofa..
