😊: This could have been a perfect apartment but it wasn't. A we'll designed and stocked apartment, a short walk to the beach and even shorter to the railway station. 😢: On arrival I could not contact the staff, my phone calls were going to voicemail where the message was spoken I french. Eventually someone answered the phone and said he would send details via txt. The text arrived and although I made it clear I didn't speak French the text was all in French. After more phone calls a staff member finally arrived to open the apartment. On first inspection the apartment seemed excellent, quite clean, large and modern. However the wardrobe shelves were very dusty, the was no space in the kitchen cupboards for food storage as they were full of unnecessary equipment. On the balcony we found a plastic cup with a little water in and two cigarette ends, disgusting!!! The rest of Saturday and all of Sunday was quiet, peacefully and relaxing. On Monday morning we were awakened by shouting and screaming little children, our apartment was immediately next to a school. This noise continued for most of the day and every day. Why was this not mentioned on booking.com. the holiday was a complete disaster 😪 4.
