😊: I would have given a higher rating if not for the negatives. The photos met expectations - it is a spacious, modern top floor apartment with a large balcony and splendid views of the surrounding mountains from the lounge and bedroom.. 😢: A few things could have been improved, including: 1) Instructions: The key lock box is in a different location (5 minute drive), however, the instructions could have been clearer. They said it was in lock box number 2, however, there were four lock boxes and none of them were numbered - it ended up being in the bottom one. The instructions to get into the apartment were also confusing and it took 15 minutes to figure out which building it was and how to get inside. Photos would have helped. 2) Apartment: The apartment itself was nice but unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke. Additionally, there was only one half used toilet roll provided, and the shower was luke warm. 3) Wifi: I tried the password provided and it didn't work - I messaged the property about it as I had a work call, however I never got a response, so I had to resort to using my phone hotspot..

😊: Great view, nice and clean apartment. The terrace is definitely the main highlight. Spacious living room, the location is good.. 😢: Check-in instructions could be better - you have to pick up/drop-off keys at a different location, which is quite inconvenient. The kitchen could be better equipped with newer utensils and at least basic cooking supplies, such as salt..
