😊: Location was great. Walking distance to everything. Apartment was spacious. Access is easy. Relatively well-equipped. 😢: Apartment is old, same for the furniture. Renovation is needed. The 1 A/C unit for the whole apartment is not sufficient, and makes way too much noise! WiFi not working. Balcony furniture dusty/dirty..
