😊: Don’t be put off by the outside of the property. Once you are inside the accommodation is great. The decor in the flat is 1st class , the bed comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The shutters keep the flat cool The owner is very helpful. A good location for walking into the town and local attractions.

😊: A very lovely well-equipped and decorated apartment. It was a pleasure to stay there. Antoine was a welcoming and helpful host. Only 5 minutes from the Old City - close to the railway/bus station but still quiet. There’s also a beautiful courtyard that you are also welcome to use.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Great location near station, centre of town & local shops. Beautiful, creative decor & great use of the space available - a pleasure to spend time there. Host met us on time, helpful and easy-going.Nice to have a bit of garden to use.. 😢: Toilet and shower arrangement functional but a little awkward. Garden could have been tidier. But I'm being picky - not major issues.

😊: We recently stayed at this accommodation in Quimper, a beautiful city. Antoine has been an excellent host. The house is located on the second floor, accessible via comfortable stairs. The apartment is newly renovated, with all the luxury of details. It is evident that a lot of effort has been put into the restoration and design of the apartment, as there is nothing missing. We found everything we needed and truly felt at home. The matrimonial bed is perfect for resting, and my son, who stayed on the sofa bed, found it very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the apartment has a garden that Antoine has just finished restoring. It is a peaceful place at the back of the house, where you can read, have a cup of tea or coffee, and enjoy a moment of relaxation. There is free parking on the street from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m., and Antoine will give you other options where you can park for free all day. The apartment is just 10 minutes from the historic center, which gives it an excellent location. This is our 13th day traveling around French Brittany, and without a doubt, this is the best accommodation we have found. A perfect 10 out of 10..
