😊: Clean property with lots of facilities. Used it as a base for short motorbike tour in Normandy. On-street parking outside..

😊: Convenient location to leave the car parked and use local transport, comfortable and quirky, great communication from host and helpful with also leaflets and things to do in the local area..

Tophuisje klein maar fijn, ideaal...<br>#128578; Super gezellig huisje met alle comfort en mooie tuin. Heel rustig gelegen in een buitenwijk van Rouen, maar met de tram om de hoek heel vlot om naar het historisch centrum te gaan. Voldoende winkels vlakbij, gratis parkeren in de straat en mooi park op wandelafstand.

Nice place for a family<br>#128578; Plenty of space (3 floors with many beds, winter garden, green territory for little kids to spend some time). Apartment is very well equipped - fridge, teapot, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and so on. Botanic garden is not far away and worth to visit. Parking was available next to the door and free of charge.<br>#128577; A little bit far away from the city centre, but walking is not necessary a bad thing :) Only one toilet is available is on the second floor (might be an issue for a bigger company).

Spielzeug für Kinder vorhanden und Spielplatz in der Nähe.<br>#128577; Infos zum Mietvertrag waren online und haptisch vor Ort nicht identisch. Für Kinder sehr steile Treppen. Absperrgitter kaputt.
