😊: The apartment was located within easy walking distance of the town, coast and restaurants. Having private, secure parking on-site was a great bonus. Our host, Bruno, was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch! Having a lift to get upstairs with luggage etc was good. Apartment was clean and well-equipped. Nice, peaceful location..

Lack of language understanding on both sides doesn’t seem to be an issue Lovely apt with floor to ceiling windows looking at a lovely green space seemingly miles from anywhere but actually 4 min to the central hub . Very comfortable, lovely terrace to enjoy ur glass of wine . Washer dryer a bonus, kitchen could have a few things more than SP .<br>#128577; Not a darn thing

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Lage ist klasse, schnell im Ort und zum Strand. Trotzdem sehr ruhig und es ist sehr schön auf dem Balkon in der Sonne zu sitzen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Einfach alles 100 Prozent . Die Wohnung ist tip top sauber, das Bett richtig klasse, und es ist alles vorhanden von der Waschmaschine über Trockner, bis zur Küchenausstattung, ist alles da. Super.<br>#128577; Wir mussten eine Kaution bezahlen, da wäre es gut gewesen, das vorher zu wissen. Kein wirklicher Nachteil. Und man muss wissen, dass man nicht in dem historischen Gebäude wohnt, sondern nebenan in einem ehemaligen Schwesterheim oder Jugendherberge o.ä.60iger/70iger Jahre Bau.

Idéal pour profiter d'Etretat et...<br>#128578; Appartement très bien équipé et très confortable, idéalement placé en centre ville, avec parc arboré et parking sécurisé. Tout peut se faire à pied dans Etretat. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par le propriétaire, chaleureux et desireux d'offrir le meilleur séjour possible à ses hôtes. 😊: Free parking, walking distance to the restaurants and the cliffs but it’s very quiet due to the location of the apartment in the park. Very comfortable space with kitchen, washing machine and dryer.. 😢: It would be helpful if we could have known in advance that there is cash required for deposit so that we would have prepared the cash for this. But we would definitely recommend this place anyway..
