The photographs flatter this supposed 5 star property. Gardens and patio area poorly maintained. Internal areas dusty and cobwebbed. Very limited supply of glasses ( only 5 wine glasses of different sizes and four leaking plastic beakers). Damage to internal walls and electric plugs. Dangerous pool umbrella. No BBQ utensils. Very few toilet rolls. No washing up kit or dishwasher rinse aid/salt and few tabs. Oven dirty and only one broken rack and no grill rack. We could go on.........
