Les Cristalliers - Cozy family chalet - Close to the village

😊: Such a lovely place to stop, the views from the property were amazing. Plenty of garden furniture. Couldn’t fault it..

😊: The beds were nice, and the location is very convenient. We could walk to the supermarket and several ski areas are close by, 5-10minute drive.. 😢: The space is a bit outdated. The kitchen supplies are old, but they work. The sofa is not very convenient, our kids ended up relaxing in the beds instead of downstairs. The wifi code wasn't correct and they didn't answer very quickly, around 12 hours later. We had to fix it ourselves..

😊: Below average stay for the price.. 😢: All in all I must have received more than 50 emails and WhatsApp messages after booking. Too much of the same and many kept arriving after the stay. The WiFi password was wrong in all messages and we had to search the property for the router to connect. The property was very cold with all radiators turned off and no guide given how to heat properly. The gas stove was only 75% working, the TV was the size of a laptop screen and the open fire place looked very nice in the pictures but was forbidden to use. All in all a very soul-less stay and a place I will never visit again..
