😊: I loved that the apartment was in the village center, very easy to get around the village walking distance to champagne houses and restaurants. The apartment was tiled which was nice and cool on the first level, we brought our dog and she was very happy spread out on the tiles, very spacious living areas. The apartment was located on the first floor, double storey, bedrooms were on the second floor and were also spacious and comfortable for a group of 3. The hosts were gracious enough to provide a fan in each room as we visited during a heatwave. The hosts were very polite and messaged me throughout our stay to make sure we got check in and had a good time. The keys were very easy to collect through the lockbox at the front entrance. You can see the village center if you poke your head out the living room window, and can hear the clock when it chimes. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Hautvillers, the village has great views on the outskirts and lovely quaint houses and streets all around us. Can't wait to visit again..

😊: Position in Hautviller very clean good white goods well equipped in lounge and kitchen no tou. 😢: No toilet upstairs.lack of instructions for the flat.2 toilet rolls is been a bit mean for a stay lack of soap a bit mean.

😊: Very cosy flat, super clean, graet location! Good comunication with the owner!. 😢: The bed in the double room was a bit uncomfortable!.

😊: In a perfect location in one of the most beautiful villages in Champagne. Scrupulously clean and recently decorated the apartment was in excellent condition for us. We never met our hosts but the key box entry system worked perfectly and they were very responsive( although we never needed them). If you want to cook the kitchen area is fully equipped with modern, built in and again beautifully clean hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Beds were very comfortable and both bedrooms large, although with Velux windows in the roof no direct view out. Baker, cafe and the village restaurants within 100m.. 😢: The toilet and bathroom/ shower are seperate but the only toilet is on the main floor and the bedrooms up quite a steep flight of steps for those with limited mobility. My 20 something yr old kids grumbled about having to go down them in the night when they got up!! Glass shower screen over the bath whilst aesthetically pleasing is a bit short so be careful when showering - my 1.85 m daughter spilt a lot of water when washing her hair which had to be mopped up !!.
