The property exceeded all expectations. Restored in keeping with the surrounding properties and to an exceptional standard. Daniel is a wonderful host and advised us on a number of things and the online property and amenity guide is excellent. Great connectivity with the ski area via the free shuttle bus

The only issue with our stay was that it was not long enough. Host Daniel could not have made us feel more welcome and no request was a problem. If anything the on-line listing is understated. The apartment is a combination of a beautiful restoration and modern home. Spotless and well appointed we could not fault it. Daniel also added nice touches with a bottle of champagne and a kitchen full of condiments, coffee and tea. All in all this is a really lovely pace to stay and the host could not be nicer. Many thanks
This is a beautifully designed property in the village of Chandon, a five-minute drive from the center of Meribel. We loved the simple and beautiful interior design, and Daniel was truly the perfect host. We had so much fun here that will go out of our way to come back. This property made our vacation for us.
Einfach toll.
Daniel made us very welcome and was on hand if needed. He was generous with both his time and knowledge of the area. Chandon is a lovely hamlet away from the bustle of Meribel but within easy reach. The barn has been superbly renovated and furnished, with well equipped kitchen, easy to use wood burner, great showers and comfortable beds. There’s a good sound system, satellite tv and DVD player. The shared utility room is a plus for longer stays. The bus up to to Meribel village and Meribel centre stops opposite the barns. It’s a short walk from the stop at the end of the village to get back or to catch the bus down to Les Allues. If you are driving, Daniel provides a parking space and you can get fuel just up the road. Les Allues has a small supermarket, but if you want a Boulengerie then it’s a short drive to Meribel Village. We ate out at Tsaretta in Les Allues ( bus there and back ). the food was good. We also had pizza with generous toppings, from the boulengerie. We really enjoyed our stay in Chandon and meeting Daniel and his wife. We hope to return at some point.
