😊: The property was a comfortable holiday home - no frills - but all we needed. Lots of tourist literature, and books on the local area. Very easy street parking. We were there a week so were pleased the property had a washing machine. Excellent location.. 😢: Some noise from upstairs, not a problem, just sound of the residents walking about. The weather had turned cold so instruction on using the heaters would have been useful..

😊: Great location and nice host. Some communication challenges as the owner doesn't speak English but this was absolutely not a problem as she is lovely, very welcoming and responded to messages very quickly and clearly. House was modern and fairly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped.. 😢: The bed was very uncomfortable - we really didn't sleep very well. The sofa was also quite uncomfortable. While it states that sheets and pillows cost extra in the Booking.com description, it isn't immediately obvious and asking €30 for sheets and towels seems excessive and something that I have never come across in other gites. Having said this the location and other facilities make up for other inconveniences..
