😊: Liked the peace & quite & the sound of the sea. Comfy bed, good shower, good wifi, English channel for news on TV, secure parking. Excellent location to the DDay beaches, memorials etc.. 😢: Found both sinks on arrival not very clean, they had scum round them, I had to clean both. There is black mould at the back of the toilet & cobwebs from the lights. No instructions for timings etc on the washer & it ran for hours. Did not use dishwasher or the coffee machine. Hob difficult to use, there were instructions but could not get it working as per instructions. However, only two pans, a flat pan & one huge pan, so not ideal for cooking veg etc even if we could get the Hob working. The BBQ as seen in Booking.com photos, which we were keen to use most evenings, was in a shed in a bad state. It appeared it had not been used for a very long time & was very dirty, the ridged cooking plate had not been cleaned, we could not use it. I fell on the drive as it is breaking up with loose lumps of concrete, it is rather unsafe. The garden shrubbery was dried up & dead, it needs tending, dead heading, some care.& watering. The property needs some care & attention, or the Booking.com narrative & photos updating & changing..

😊: Bright and close to the beach. Very calm.. 😢: Bath towels were too small and very worn. Cupboards weren’t clean inside. Some Salt & Pepper would have been useful. The mattress in the double room was very soft and was not good for the back..
