He was very helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a pleasant and comfortable experience. He was always supportive and made real effort to ensure that everything went smoothly for us. 😊: Very cozy apartment. Nice and warm during our winter days of staying. Very quiet and the park in the front is beautifully viewed from the balcony. Also the flat is packed with art pieces made by the hands of the owner. Impressive. 😢: The only thing is the lift absence.
