😊: Lovely apartment, really enjoyed my stay here. Good location, nice balcony to sit on, parking inside the gates, quiet.. 😢: Some better knives for cutting greens for cooking would be appreciated but that’s minor..

😊: Christophe the host was very friendly and helpful. The flat had everything you need. The place is also very quiet, so ideal for people who wish to rest. Finally, the private parking space was a great bonus.. 😢: Everything was great. Perfect for our staying (4 nights).

😊: The host was friendly and provided clear photos and a map before your arrival, so you're well-informed. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and it's nice that you have your own parking space and that the area leading to the apartment and cottages is gated.. 😢: We had requested a slightly earlier check-in time than the "normal" one, and this was accepted. A few hours into our trip, we received a text message asking if we could be more precise with our arrival time, as the host wasn't sure if he could have the apartment ready on time. We explained that we had requested this specific arrival time for medical reasons. The host said he understood and would do his best. About half an hour before our arrival, we received a message that the apartment was ready. When we entered, we noticed a strong odor that only subsided after two weeks of placing scented sticks everywhere. We also immediately understood why the host had hoped we would arrive later. The apartment wasn't clean. My husband doesn't often find things dirty, but even he found it dirty. So we had to thoroughly clean the apartment before we could settle in. Most of the dishes and cutlery weren't clean, so we had to run everything through the dishwasher. The Senseo coffee machine and its pod holders were very clogged, so we bought Senseo cleaner and had to repeat the treatment twice before the Senseo produced a decent cup of coffee. The apartment is more geared towards short stays of a few nights, as for a longer stay, you'd be missing quite a few items. The road in front of the neighborhood was often used as a racetrack by motorcycles with a high decibel level. The music was often blaring loudly for several people, and several times there was shouting during the night, or you'd sit up in bed at 7 a.m. because someone threw glass bottles from the previous loud party into the nearby bottle bank. Also, some residents liked to smoke joints, so we had to go inside and close the doors and windows (which is really unpleasant with temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius) because otherwise the smell would just come in and give us a headache. We wanted to mention this because the host indicated it was a very quiet neighborhood..
